Executive Director - Provides the vital link between the California Welcome Center Staff and Desert Regional Tourism Agency's Board of Directors so as to help insure that our California Welcome Center operates in a manner that is financially efficient and in keeping with the expectations of Desert Regional Tourism Agency's supporting agencies. Manager - Oversees the day-to-day operation of the California Welcome Center and works in concert with the Executive Director to insure that the facility functions in an efficient and business-like manner. Educate the Staff of Morongo Basin Activities and sites to visit while in the Morongo Basin.

Assistants - are paid staff members of the organization who are given financial and facility responsibility for the shift-by-shift operation of our Center. In addition to important administrative duties, these folks are also required to function as Shift Supervisors in the absence of the Welcome Center’s Site Manager.

Ambassadors - are extremely important volunteers who represent the bulk of the Center's operating Staff. They are the key to our Welcome Center operating in an efficient and viable manner.
